• Security and Connectivity Management: The app extends mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) functionalities, enabling organizations to maintain device security, ensure compliance, and facilitate connectivity. Users can view device details, receive messages from IT, verify compliance status, and submit support requests directly within the app.
• Consolidated App Catalog and Resource Access: Users have access to a unified catalog experience with optional integrations such as People, Notifications, and Home. The interface allows favorites for quick access to frequently used applications and websites, app ratings, search capabilities within the catalog, personalized recommendations, popular app suggestions, and streamlined access to corporate resources.
• Corporate Directory at Your Fingertips: The application provides a straightforward search for colleagues by name or email address. It displays detailed employee information including photographs, job titles, contact details, office locations, and organizational reporting lines. Communication can be initiated seamlessly via call, text, or email directly from the app.
• Real-Time Company Notifications: To enhance productivity, the app delivers real-time notifications through both standard and customizable alerts. These include updates on system downtimes, participation surveys, or other relevant organizational communications.

As part of its security features, Intelligent Hub aggregates certain device information to support management and compliance measures. This data may include:
